Dose days, off days, and cycle breaks at a glance

My Peptides

Set the break to 0 for continuous use with no cycle breaks. Example: 20 days on, then 6 months off.

📅 Phone reminders

Add your dose days to your phone's calendar and it will alert you at the right time. The reminders repeat on their own, so they won't run out.

How to remove these later

Put the reminders in their own calendar and you can delete them all at once, instead of one at a time.

iPhone — before importing, open the Calendar app, tap Calendars at the bottom, then Add Calendar, and name it Peptides. When you import, choose that calendar. To remove them later: Calendars → tap the ⓘ next to Peptides → Delete Calendar.

Android / Google — at calendar.google.com, create a new calendar called Peptides, then import the file into it. To remove: Settings → Peptides → Remove calendar.

Changed just the dose times? Tap the button again and import the new file — those reminders update in place rather than doubling up.

Changed a peptide's schedule, or added or removed one? Delete the Peptides calendar first, then import a fresh file. Otherwise the old reminders stay behind alongside the new ones.

Each colored dot is a dose day — colors match your peptides above. Check the Today panel for names and doses.
